Code Of The Guild

Guild Rules

Our laws are simple: protect the party, keep the ledger clean, and leave every dungeon better than you found it.

Rule 1

Recruiter's Oath

If you invite someone to the guild, you are their sponsor and first point of contact while they settle in.

Rule 1.a

Add who invited the member in the officers note so leadership can easily trace invites.

Rule 1.b

When you invite someone, send a quick email to the officers to keep everyone in the loop.

Rule 1.c

For every alt, list your main in the general note. You may also add your IRL name to your main's note if you want (examples: "Main", "Main - Laura", or an alt note like "Sylvanas" if Sylvanas is your main).

Rule 2

Rank And Roles

Your main toon determines your guild standing. One hero, one rank, one chain of command.

Rule 2.a

All alts are promoted to match the rank of your main toon.

Rule 2.b

Your guild rank also determines your Discord role so in-game authority matches voice channels.

Rule 3

Conduct And Company

Be the kind of guildmate people are glad to group with. Skill matters, but how we treat each other matters more.

Rule 3.a

You do not have to be everyone's best friend, but do not push people out with toxic behavior.

Rule 3.b

Everyone needs backup sometimes. Ask for help when you need it, and answer the call when someone asks you.

Rule 3.c

Leave the drama in the dungeon. Do not start it, do not fuel it, and do not carry it into guild chat.
